A Boss for 3 Days… Day 2

2. Suppose you have three workers we’ll call A, B, and C. A is a recent immigrant (with green card) who never completed high school and speaks adequate English. B is a couple of years out of college, and this is his second job in the industry. C has been in the industry for more than 15 years and has a lot of experience with different shops. In other words, these three have very different resumes. On the shop floor they perform the same tasks at the same rate and produce work of the same (high) quality. When hired, these three negotiated very different starting salaries. Would you pay them the same rate now?
