App Spotlight – Temple Run

Temple Run is the latest iOS app topping the charts on the iTunes store. As simple as it is, it is very addictive and does a great job at being the latest time sinker.
The app has very simple objectives which are:
1. Escape the evil monkeys chasing you
2. Avoid dying by jumping over broken road paths, jumping over or sliding under trees and avoid jumping into water.
The game also has additional fun achievement like collecting gold coins, running certain distances, using special power ups like invisibility or speed boost.
For all iOS device owners out there, this is a must download. It is fun and you can compete with your friends for the highest high score and also keep track of who is winning via Game Center. If you are the type that likes to flaunt, you can also flaunt your scores on Twitter.
My rating? 5 stars. Simple design, fun idea & app. Verdict? Must Download.
